This home located in the popular and trendy Costa Ballena, boasts spectacular ocean, jungle and sunset views. It has a seamless indoor/outdoor open floor plan. You can mix a drink at the accessible wet bar, fold the doors back and step out onto a covered deck to the amazing infinity edge pool or lounge on the sundeck while watching the sun drop into the Pacific Ocean. Walk up the beautiful wooden staircase to the second story to find a comfortable loft area where you will find yourself taking a siesta, reading a book or simply gazing out a floor to ceiling window to the ocean. Two large master suites each have private viewing decks overlooking the pool area where you will wake up to vistas of Cano island, the Tres Hermanas and Isla Ballena. A 5 minute drive off the paved road, this gated home is on a very private and quiet gravel road (4x4 accessible). You and your friends/family will enjoy cooling mountain breezes after spending your days on eco tours, surfing, outdoor adventures or walking the many lush beaches within 5 minute drive on the main highway including the Ballena National Park, Playa Pinuela, Playa Ventanas and Playa Tortuga. You will hear the soothing waves while relaxing on the deck or in the pool.
With unobstructed ocean views, you will feel like you own the mountain in this comfortable, beautifully decorated home and very quiet jungle setting. The property sits directly on a monkey trail, so Monkeys, Toucans, Maccaws, parrots and all other local wildlife are frequently seen in the trees surrounding the property. The modern design is in itself calming and peaceful, and when combined with this spectacular setting you will find yourself completely relaxed.

Summary: As soon as we arrived at the property we were amazed by how spectacular both the view and the home were. We lived in the home for 6 weeks and we loved every minute of it. The home is in a perfect location between Uvita and Ojochal providing access to both towns within minutes. The road leading up to the house is great, with many sections paved and very well maintained, as well the home is not too far off the main highway, but far enough up the mountain to get a nice breeze and is in a quiet area. The home is beautiful, so well thought out and has everything you could possibly need. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and incredibly comfortable, with phenomenal balconies and views. The main floor is completely open concept leading out to the amazing pool which we swam in every single day we were there. Kitchen has every possible item you need. Living room is super comfortable and the "widow" to the ocean is a really cool feature. We loved sitting out by the pool watching the spectacular sunset each night. Lots of beautiful birds and monkeys around the property as well for all the photographers out there. We worked remotely for 6 weeks, Wifi is excellent and with the back up battery pack you never loose Wifi even if the power goes out. Hosts are super responsive and will help with anything needed. We highly recommend this home!
