The kitchen has updated cabinets with granite counters, full kitchen to include a microwave, dishwasher and range. Fully equipped with utensils, pots and pans,and everything you need to dine in if you choose! Even enjoy a family holiday here.
Relax in the family room watch your favorite movie or catch up on your Netflx shows with the smart TV's. Breakout a board game and have a fun family time or simply take a nap. Relax on the front porch, drink your coffee or have an afternoon cold beverage.
Step into the back yard and grill, dine outside, or just read a book. Great place for the whole family. Visit a local waterman and enjoy some Blue Crabs out back. Stroll on down to any of the local places which have the slots and win some cash. So many things to do this is the place to rent. Are you visitng for a wedding? We are close to Chesapeake Bay Resort and Herrington Harbour. Why pay higher prices for less?

Summary: I want to preface this review that we rented another house from same owner in the past, in similar area and had a better experience. The house was “cute.” However, we had cleanliness issues. Also, there were issues with little things like cabinets not aligned/not secured (noticed other renters commented on this). Further, we had quite a bit of dust in the house… it just didn’t feel clean. I wiped down all the surfaces with wipes I brought, as every surface was dusty/dirty.. We realized (too late at night to contact homeowner) that there was hair on bed sheets; not a restful night! There were issues with lacking waste bins, no paper towels, batteries in remote controls not working, batteries in smoke alarms causing issues (constant beeping). Owner offered to come at a time to replace smoke alarm batteries, but owner’s 1st response was for us to replace the batteries. We just turned alarms off. It was obvious batteries weren’t working upon entry to home… as they were beeping upon entry; perhaps it’s a cleaning service problem. We only stayed 1 of 3 nights we rented. I suggest less “trinkets” around the house and more focus on essentials like ensuring cleaning service keeps things clean and basics/essentials are in order. Perhaps if the owner can resolve the issues with cleaning/rental management things will be better in the future. Providing feedback as we have had better experience with this owner in the past at another property and hope this is just a one-off Thanks!!!
