North Centrally located and prime spot for shopping, dining and taking in the S.A. breathtaking sunsets. Minutes away from the Alamo Quarry, The Historic Pearl and downtown. The immaculate custom lit landscaping is pure magic after sundown. Bamboo screening along the back fence for extra privacy. Surround sound throughout outside patio with weather proof speakers. When walking this museum of a home take in the retro telephone nook in 2nd bathroom and the vintage privacy wall in front of property that was brought in from the legendary "Earl Abel's" diner, and a custom built back lit wall separating living and kitchen. The home has one master bedroom and 3 other bedrooms. Washer & Dryer, cables and Wifi. The details could go on and on but this home is truly a one of a kind! You will be swept away on vacation when walking into this home.
Notes:
- House is 100% non-smoking.
- Parties are NOT allowed! Sound sensors which are used to detect the intensity of sound, are installed in this home to prevent unauthorized events.
- Please, no loud music after 22:00.
- Highchair and Pack n Play are available upon request.
- We ARE pet friendly for up to two pets, but we need to know if you will be traveling with furry companions. We charge a $50 flat cleaning fee for the stay, to account for the additional time necessary to clean in these cases.
- Pool is available all year long but it is not heated.
I will be more then happy to assist with any issue. I live 10 minutes away and will gladly help with any need. While you are here, the house is yours to enjoy and interaction with me is up to you! You can use the keypad entry to access the home and I will send you the access code upon arrival.
