The property comprises of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms ( 2 en suite), large kitchen, study/bar, conservatory (cafe style), large interior designed dining room and lounge (TV room). The Lodge has two fire places, one log burning in dining room and one gas coal effect in the lounge. There are wood floors throughout and carpeted upper floor to bedrooms. Two main bedrooms have sea view and en suite bathrooms. A third double bedroom is adjacent to the family bathroom with large free standing tub. A forth double room has a day bed for single use or can be extended to sleep two. The complete property has been decorated and furnished to a high standard. Wifi throughout house.
The 1/4 acre garden has three terraced areas, large lawn and mature trees. There is a fish tank in the garden and a BBQ area.
