When you’re looking for more to explore, there are boat rentals, zip lines, nearby parks, and downtown Austin is conveniently located just 22 miles away.
Inside the main house, beautiful hardwood floors run the length of an open concept living space, where a refined color palate and comfortable furnishings add style, while tall windows grant natural light and views of the surrounding nature.
Lounge on a modern sectional and comfy love seat in front of the main living area’s flat-screen TV. The adjacent dining room is surrounded by bay windows and offers seating for six. A spacious kitchen makes it easy to cook for a crowd with stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, large fridge, stove/oven, and microwave.
Laid back entertainment can be found in the downstairs second living area, featuring a flat-screen TV and sofa. Several sets of French doors open to an outdoor grill, sunning beds, and plenty of deck seating. The main house also boasts two levels of outdoor living space with stunning views of the Hill Country and the night sky to please nature lovers, and plenty of places to kick back and relax.
The third floor features the second bedroom with queen bed, a shared full bath, a twin bed with twin trundle in the hall, and a master suite with a king bed, private deck, and luxurious bathroom, including a large vanity, tub and walk-in shower.
