Within this gated community of Norman Estates and nestled on the 11th hole of the prestigious PGA West golf course, this home has breath-taking views of the San Jacinto Mountains. The backyard amenities are perfect for relaxing or entertaining, complete with a saltwater pool and water feature, built-in gas grill, fire pit for night-time gatherings, private putting green.
Adjacent to this formal dining space, you will discover the chef’s kitchen with professional grade appliances and a large center island perfect for gatherings. The kitchen opens into the impressive great room which features high, wood-beamed ceilings and stone floors and includes an oversized 8 person poker table, and automatic leather reclining couches to enjoy the other 65” HDTV. There is Cable TV including movie channels throughout the house.
Your nights can be spent in the roomy master suite which includes a fireplace, sitting area, walk-in closet, outdoor access to patio and pool, as well as a large, luxurious master bath.
