The villa itself is a historical building from the 17th century, named ''Diletta'', and spans three storeys. It is a semi-detached property and is located in a sunny residential area surrounded by other villas in the countryside.
The villa boasts a beautiful garden that covers 1,000 square meters, which is shared among the guests. Additionally, there is a private swimming pool that measures 10 x 5 meters and is fenced for safety. The pool is open seasonally from 06.May until 30.Sep and has salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. There is a shower/WC in the pool area, as well as an outdoor shower, garden furniture, and a barbecue.
