This NEW stunning LIGHT filled three bedroom apartment( only two bedrooms for use) offers a comfortable stay with a modern kitchen fitted with state of the art appliances and 2 beautiful spacious bathrooms, one with bath.
Situated in the NEWMARKET complex which is walking distance to the Prince of Wales hospital, The Spot, Royal Randwick Racecourse, Coogee beach, UNSW, Light rail to the city and restaurants.
The Space:
The NEWMARKET complex has only been completed in the last two years. The apartment on level 5 has abundance of light with a stylish and warm feeling as soon as you walk through the door. Moving into the living room there is a large space with modern furniture consisting of a lounge and dining table for 6 which over looks Botany Bay. There is a balcony which is off the living room with a comfortable outdoor lounge to watch the sunset.
Bedrooms:
Main Bedroom has a KING bed with ensuite that consists of shower and separate bath.
Second bedroom has QUEEN bed.
Fully equipped laundry with washing machine and dryer.
Located in a quite part of the complex looking out over a leafy park. You will be able to walk out the door to the local café to have your morning coffee saying your good mornings to friendly locals with their furry friends.
Guest Access:
Guests are most welcome to enjoy the property. We have a third bedroom which we will lock all our personal things in. You will have all the wardrobe space in the other 2 bedrooms plus other storage in hallway.
For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience :)
The Neighborhood:
Randwick is a friendly and relaxed neighbourhood. It is the jewel of the Eastern suburbs catering to all needs.
Getting Around:
We have one dedicated car park downstairs in the building.
Other Things to Note:
All guest are required to complete an online insurance / security form. This step involves uploading an ID and a selfie holding the ID to verify the booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.
As Sydney is going through a building boom there is construction adjacent to the property. Works generally start 7.30am - 3pm.
The bedrooms face the opposite direction to the construction work.
Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.
There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.
