The historic local church of St Sampson is well worth a visit โ originally built in the 13th century and rebuilt in the early 1500s.
For walkers, there is easy access to some dramatic parts of the South West Coastal Path and the atmospheric Hall walk around the entrance to the River Fowey.
The Eden Project and Tregrehan Gardens are nearby and slightly further afield, The Lost Gardens of Heligan.
