Located near the new pool and clubhouse, you'll find this third floor condo to be conveniently situated between the fun complex amenities and the nearby crosswalk to the golden shores of New Smyrna Beach. Bright white walls, smooth tile flooring, and an airy atmosphere awaits as soon as you and your family walk through the door.
After a long day of traveling, the living room's deluxe leather couches will immediately entice you to kick off your stay with some well-deserved lounging. Not only are the couch and loveseat set endowed with ultra-plush cushioning, but they also have a reclining feature and hidden cup holders!
