It is a privately gated 2-acre property offering resort living complete with a pool table, ping pong table, outdoor lounge seating by multiple fireplaces, a gourmet kitchen, 60' lap/diving pool, infinity edge spa, and full private tennis court with pickleball and basketball, and a brand new multi-hole golf chipping and putting course, too!
This home has been newly furnished from top to bottom, both indoor and out by a professional interior design team with no detail left unattended.
Between the main home and the guest home, there are 4 bedrooms and 2 extra sleeping spaces for 6 separate sleeping areas if needed. The main home has 3 bedrooms each with en-suite private bathrooms (King, King, Queen), and the main home also has an office with a Queen sleeper sofa and an adjacent half bathroom. The guest home has a King bed in the bedroom, Queen sleeper sofa in the living room, a kitchen, fireplace, its own laundry and 2 bathrooms (one is an exterior pool bath with outdoor shower).
Expanded cable options on every large flat panel HDTV in the home and the fastest available WiFi service throughout will keep you connected and allow you to stream content of your choosing.
A NOTE ABOUT POOL HEATING: We generally recommend that the pool be heated to the mid-80's between October 1st and June 10th in order to be a comfortable swimming temperature. Pool heating is available for $75/day with a 3-consecutive day minimum so definitely let us know before your arrival if you want to enjoy swimming during your visit without a wetsuit! (Hint: an unheated pool stays just above the low temps of the night.)
