Located just 700 meters from the beach, within walking distance of restaurants, supermarkets and some of the Algarve's best beaches, this 5-bedroom property is the dream holiday home that is sure to delight families and friends.
This exceptional Villa was built and furnished to the highest of standards, giving the appearance of a brand-new villa.
The main Villa is spread over 2 floors and there is a separate annex.
The ground floor has two bedrooms, one double bedroom and one with 2 bunk bed sets and a bathroom with bathtub between them.
On the first floor two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and share a large south facing terrace.
The last bedroom is located in an annex and consists of two bunk beds with pull out bed, with a private bathroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils and appliances you may need for home cooking.
The living room/dining area is all open plan and is fully furnished to the highest standards of comfort, where you can enjoy your meals between family and friends in this inviting home away from home.
In the outdoor area you will find a beautiful swimming pool, where you can relax in the sun and the outside dining area perfect for al fresco meals by the poolside and portable BBQ.
