Situated on the top floor, the flat can be accessed with a lift. The tastefully decorated lounge area is bright and spacious. It features a comfortable sofa, coffee table and flat-screen TV, creating an inviting space to relax in.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary cooking utensils, pots, and pans, allowing you to prepare any tasteful dishes with ease. There is also a beautiful dining area with seating for four guests.
The welcoming double bedroom has ample storage, a plush carpet, and quality bed linens for peaceful sleep.
The bathroom is equipped with fluffy towels, toiletries, and a bathtub, ensuring a refreshing and relaxing experience.

You will have total access to my place so please treat it as your own and respect it. I aim to make each of my guests comfortable by allowing everyone to enjoy my place in its entirety.

-Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs £30 per pack.
The sofa is a sofa bed and is available for an additional linen charge.

-I can accommodate late check-in after 9 pm for a fee of £30.
-Whilst I will not be available in person, I engage the help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless!
-Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time.
-Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. The latest check-out time is 1 pm.
Unauthorized late check-out will be charged at £50 per hour.
Please don't move any furniture around the house, if you do, please move it back to where it was when you checked in.
If the furniture is not in the correct place after your check out, you would be charged 100 GBP.
