With vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors and a newly remodeled kitchen, this beautifully decorated, open floor plan with two levels has everything you will need to feel at home. A total of 3 bedrooms, two on the first floor and one oversized bedroom upstairs with a king size bed, sitting area and an ensuite bathroom. On the first floor, you will find one bedroom with two queen size beds with a water view and the other bedroom has two twin beds and looks out at trees over the parking lot and the community. Cooking is easy in this kitchen whether you are having breakfast or lunch at the breakfast bar or enjoying a meal for 8 at the dining table. The newly updated kitchen features new granite counter tops, a large stainless-steel sink, updated faucet, and a Bosch dishwasher. Enjoy coffee or evening cocktails on the screened in lanai with sliding glass doors that open to welcome the breeze and water view. Just a short walk away are amenities galore including a beautiful clubhouse, lighted & heated swimming pool with two lap lanes, a hot tub, 32 seat movie theater, half basketball court, pickle ball court, shuffleboard, a billiard room, a card room, two lighted tennis courts, fitness center, library, BBQ grills and a newly added fire pit area.
