Come and stay in our tastefully decorated farmhouse. Just minutes from downtown Birmingham, our home is perfect for larger groups and single travelers alike! Enjoy our Zinus mattresses for a comfortable night’s sleep.
Guests will love the view from our Bay window in the living room. Relax by the fire and watch the squirrels play around in our wooded lot. Conveniently located off of Coolidge Highway, this home offers easy access to almost everything. The oversized trees and landscaping make you forget that you are still in the city. With plenty of space and tons of extra sleeping options, this home is perfect for the whole family!
Guests have access to the whole house. This includes the main and upper levels and the laundry room in the basement. We do keep one room locked in the basement.
I am always available by phone (call or text) or through the Airbnb messenger app. If guests would like to have someone there when they check-in to acquaint them with everything, I am more than happy to do so. I live about 45 minutes away so I do ask for advanced notice for arrival meetings!
This home is located on a quiet street in a mature neighborhood with beautiful trees and wildlife. There is a park with a wonderful playground located down the street, less than one block. The trees help to significantly block road noise but the occasional siren may be heard. The City of Royal Oak is also in the process of repairing the water lines so many of the streets are/will undergo construction this fall. Unfortunately, this does create noise.
This home has an extra large driveway which can accommodate several vehicles. Street parking is also available.
Located one block from Coolidge Highway, this home provides easy access to Birmingham, Royal Oak, and Detroit.
This property does have stairs to get down to the laundry room as well as the bedrooms on the upper level. The stairs to the upper level are a little steep. There are two bedrooms on the main level and both bathrooms are on the main level as well. There are a few steps from the porch to get inside the home. There are handrails located next to all steps.
