Beautiful lake home for family fun, water sports, great fishing in a tranquil setting. This home has been cherished as a family vacation spot for years and now we would like to share it with your family.
You will love your time at Sugarbush, a custom lake home designed for family fun and relaxation. You have stunning views of the lake and surrounding maple forest from every room in this home! There is a spacious kitchen with expansive center island for large family food preparation and informal dining. The open floor plan offers a large dining and living area all overlooking the lake. The adjacent 4 season porch is a wonderful place for early morning coffee, relaxing on the comfy furniture with a book and also a game table. There is a dedicated work space there as well if you are taking a work-cation.
That being said you will not spend too much time looking out but outside enjoying the large yard for games and room to roam, lovely lakeside spot for bonfires and private dock.
Dead Lake is an environmental lake which limits the number of homes/lot sizes offering a peaceful, tranquil environment. It is a very large lake with excellent fishing on many bays and structure. The water is crystal clear with hardback bottom and natural rock bank to prevent erosion. Jump on a kayak, bring or rent a boat, float around on the Lily Pad provided and take full advantage or this amazing Minnesota lake.
