What We Love
Located in desirable Carrollwood Village, the Sun Beam House offers comfortable living for your next extended family or friend retreat. Close to all of Tampa's amusements, enjoy exploring Downtown's restaurants and shops, practicing your swing at Westchase Golf Club, tuning into live performances at Ruth Eckerd Hall, and sinking your feet into the warm sand at the area's numerous beaches.
Inside, special features of this home include an arched double-door entry, high-end furnishings, and modern amenities. The full kitchen comes fully prepared with its quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and closet pantry. Whereas the large living room offers an oversized sofa and a large TV - ideal for family movie nights.
An oasis in itself, the primary bedroom has a large walk-in shower and an en suite bathroom. Here, you can indulge in moments of self-care while soaking in the walk-in shower or in the soaking tub. Additional interior perks include a private washer/dryer, a high chair, and central air-conditioning.
