You have deeded beach access across 30A, Seaside is just a little over a mile away, and the HUB, with a variety of shops, eateries, and activities, is a short drive down 30A towards Rosemary Beach.
This stunning condo is in Grand Isle, a highly desirable condominium complex which includes shops and the award-winning Perfect Pig restaurant on the ground floor. Additionally, the 30A bike/walking path is directly across the street and the condo is only a 2-minute walk to the private beach access.
Once inside the condo, you will find a refreshing renovated interior with magnificent wood floors, quartz countertops, gorgeous breakfast bar, new cabinetry, updated baths, and tasteful coastal decor and furnishings. The balcony overlooking 30A is perfect for those who want to relax with a fresh cup of coffee watching the sunrise, or a glass of wine while enjoying the sunset. The primary bedroom is spacious with a with King bed and ensuite bath, there is a comfortable sleeper sofa located in the living room, with a full guest bath located in the hallway. The open floorplan, and fully equipped kitchen, is perfect for gathering with family and friends, affording the luxury of conversation while preparing meals.
Grand Isle has a pool for lounging, and an elevator that takes you directly to the door of the condo! This is perfect for those who love convenience and ease of entry with luggage, and groceries.

My husband and I stayed here for our first first time to the area also. This condo was perfect for the two of us! Everything was very clean and the condo was beautifully decorated!n. My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo. The kitchen had everything we needed to stay in and cook. We also enjoyed having the Perfect Pig right below us for dinner. Easy walk across the street to the beach access. We've stayed in many rentals and the worst part is always the uncomfortable bed, however, this condo had an awesome mattress which means we had restful sleep. Thanks again, looking forward to returning.
This was one of our favorite trips to 30A & we've been visiting the area for years. The balcony was such a treat. The proximity to the beach was perfect and the map to the private walkway was so appreciated. The complex was quiet even with the popular eatery located on the first floor. Gorgeous condo in the best location! Just steps away from the beach and includes private beach access. Its also a perfect 2 mile walk to Seaside for morning coffee and brunch! The bed is so comfortable!
