Unwind in this sunny, first-floor studio guesthouse that features all the comforts of home, completely separate from the main house -- your own large kitchen, washer/dryer, and lovely outdoor spaces. The view alone makes it a local favorite!
Comfortably sleeping up to four guests in this 500 sq. foot open-concept space, a peaceful night's rest awaits on the plush double bed; the jackknife-style sofa that transforms into a twin-size bed along with an air mattress sleep two additional guests. A pack 'n play is even available for our smallest guests!
The outdoor courtyard and lounging area are available for your use, including the Solo Stove and hot tub (patio shared with main house). Prepare your morning cup 'o joe in our stocked coffee bar and enjoy it outside! Mealtime choices are up to you -- cook for yourself in our fully-equipped modern kitchen or take a leisurely bike ride or a quick drive to visit Lakeland's foodie scene. Our full kitchen is complete with a Keurig coffee maker, microwave, oven/stove, side-by-side refrigerator with water & ice maker, toaster, dishes, cutlery, pots & pans, mixing bowls, baking dishes, measuring cups & spoons, a big pantry, etc...everything you need to cook and live!
Short and long-term guests alike will enjoy the convenience of a washer and dryer right in the unit. Your working vacation is no problem in our high-speed Wi-Fi-enabled home, complete with a small desk and charging station. Roku TV and cable channels through the Spectrum TV app are provided for your entertainment.
