Relax and enjoy all the comforts of our home which has a fully equipped kitchen, ice/water dispensing fridge, microwave, dishwasher and small appliances. Towels, linens, bedding. The home is located in a nice quiet neighbourhood in Maricopa *southern exposure* no houses behind.
Maricopa is a wonderful place to relax, enjoy the warmth of the sun, restaurants, golf, shopping, sports and day trips (in every direction). Lots of walking paths, frisbee golf. Maricopa has a brand new Rec Complex - (Copper Sky Rec Center) which is walking distance from our home, theatre, bowling, Harrah's Casino and of course the world famous Duke golf course. Ak Chin Entertainment Centre. They have many theatres, bowling, arcade, lazer tag, restaurant and a lounge that hosts all sports on many tv screens as well as pool tables, shuffleboard, karaoke, live entertainment and wing nights
Shopping is close by - Chandler Fashion Center Mall & the Premium Outlet stores.
Everything in this home is available for your use.
Open kitchen/family room with a gas fireplace for cozy evenings when the sun goes down. Basic cable, Wi/Fi Internet included. There also is a formal dining & living room area.
Master bdrm -King bed, 2nd & 3rd bdrm -queen beds TV in all bdrms. Master is a large comfortable room, ensuite, double sink, walkin shower/separate tub & walkin closet. The main bath has a tub/shower combination and also has a linen closet full of towels, wash clothes.
The kitchen is fully equipped with ice/water dispensing fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, small appliances including coffee pot, kettle, toaster, blender. The pantry contains some foods, also tea, coffee, spices, herbs, salt/pepper, laundry detergent & fabric sheets. **Replace as required**
A covered and extended patio to enjoy sun or shade, tables/chairs/loungers and also a new BBQ for your use. Two sets of golf clubs (his and hers)
Guests are encouraged to take pride in this home and treat it as they would their own. A non-refundable cleaning deposit will be used to ensure the house is as clean for the next guest, as it was for you upon your arrival.
