Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The apartment has everything you need for an extended stay and has a modern look. Great location; what you want is nearby but you're not in party central so it's quiet at night. Great view from the balcony - though not exactly sunset view, you have ocean view and can look at the people strolling past. It was also very clean, my white socks remain white!

Negative: The shower drain wasn't functioning properly, after about 5 minutes the bathroom will be flooded. I think the pipes could use a cleaning. The unit does not have AC (probably due to the age of the building). During my stay this wasn't an issue, but I can imagine being less comfortable when the temperature rises in August. The bed was a little bit uneven and bumpy. Not a problem for me, but maybe not ideal if you have back problems.
