Location, location, location...Large 3,500 square foot Luxury Home on the water, 1 block West to Lido Beach, 1 block East to famous St. Armands Circle, which has over 100 restaurants and shops. There is a Starbucks and other coffee places two blocks away. Private canal w/manatees, fishing, etc. and heated swimming pool. Screened-in backyard lanai faces west...and that is why you will find this home Sunset Heaven!

One of the master bedrooms (king bed) is located upstairs, taking over the entire second floor with large private deck (with chase lounge chairs, umbrella & table) overlooking the canal waterway and pool. There is a magnificent bath area with double walk-in shower and separate tub. A second master bedroom (king bed) is located on the first floor with sliding glass doors opening to the lanai, a large walk-in closet and a bath with separate tub and shower. Two guest bedrooms (one with 3 twin beds (with walk-in closet), the other with queen bed) are located on the other side of the first floor for privacy. The queen bedroom has large full length windows that face west and overlook the pool and canal. The large living/entertainment area is the perfect place to gather and share stories, or watch your favorite program on the large flat screen TV. Open the large double french doors to the outside porch and lanai area, and allow the balmy breezes to flow through the home. There is an outdoor grill area for entertaining, a private pool and a spa. The kitchen is equipped with an island and table which seats six. There are also 3 barstools on the kitchen island. Sit outside and watch the manatees play in the water then catch a sunset or walk up to the renowned St. Armand's Circle for dinner and shopping. If you like to try fishing in the backyard, it is pretty easy to catch fish; mostly Red Snapper. Good for grilling too! You know you're in paradise when you stay at this home.
This 4-bed / 3-bath sleeps 9 (2 King, 1 Queen, 3 Twin beds). Wireless high-speed internet. Separate commercial icemaker in kitchen ideal for filling boat coolers, etc. You are welcome to tie a boat up to our dock however our boat lift is not available. Upstairs master bedroom has wet bar with sink/refrigerator/ice maker. Heated pool and screened Lanai facing West. Lanai has large dining table, sofas, tables, etc. With 3,500 heated square feet, it is an ideal home for family reunions and large gatherings.
IF BRINGING A BOAT THERE ARE BRIDGE HEIGHT RESTRICTIONS. We have been told by Marine Max that the average High Tide bridge clearance is 7 feet and the difference between High Tide and Low Tide is 1.5 feet - 2.5 feet. So the maximum height at Low Tide is around 9 feet.
