Positive: Really cute little house conveniently located near the arboretum and a short drive to downtown or river arts in Asheville, or Pisgah National Forest
Negative: We did have to rock-paper-scissors for the rooms as one is large with walk out to the hot tub and En suite bathroom and one is smaller.
