Positive: Great value, nice room, good location for events in Havre de Grace.
Negative: The 'breakfast' is just a bagel or toast and OJ or coffee. Cereal options as well. Decent for those on a strict budget, which fits the motiff, but could be better. I took advantage of the OJ. Still smoke smell as you walk into the main floor from when the hotel allowed smoking. Minor annoyance.
Summary: Excellent value, good location, nice options for check in.
