Summary: When we arrive to the hotel my wife and I realized that the staff at the front desk took forever to come to the desk to check us in and then we got up to the room and realized our refrigerator was not working which took them forever to come and check to see what was wrong with it also we noticed that the window in our room was broke from the outside who knows how long that had been like that seriously this place needs a serious uplift
