Positive: Good location, tastefully albeit cheaply decorated, good coffee shop downstairs & hairdressers & shops & river walks & railway station.
Negative: Cheap inferior quality electrical appliances and bedding. Washing machine and electric hob didn’t work. Carpets need a good clean or even replacing.
