One level house. 2 bedrooms, living room, main bathroom, dining room, & kitchen are on the main floor. 2 king-size beds (1 in each bedroom) with remote ceiling fan & a NEW 43-inch smart LG TV in each bedroom. 2 futon beds in the living room (each sleep 1 person). The whole main floor can sleep 6 people. High quality cotton bedding, cozy king size mattress from Levin. LIVING ROOM: NEW 65-inch smart TV, a cozy big sofa, 2 comfortable full sofa beds. Fully equipped kitchen with all the kitchenware you will need to cook for a short or long stay. 6-8 seat table in the dining room. New & updated house. Hardwood floors. All furniture, beds and bedding in the house are NEW!! 1-car garage and a very level driveway. FREE 3 car off-street parking. Adorable house tucked away in a safe community & quiet neighborhood. Proximity to Green Tree, short drive to Carnegie, where there are plenty of food options. This cozy, private, quiet home is located in the Banksville/Westwood community: One best community of the city of Pittsburgh. The washer & dryer are in the basement. The garage is off the basement. If you are in the garage going into the basement to the main floor, you need through the steps form basement to enter the main floor. Guest access entire house except basement full bathroom (because we didn't update the basement bathroom yet). House Rules:
-NO PARTIES or EVENTS of any kind allowed in this house!!
If we must ask you to leave for a party or event, you will be fined $1,000 or more!
-QUIET HOURS: 9PM- 7 AM
-NO SMOKING inside the house.
-NO PETS (the host is very terrible allergic to the animals).
-NO FOOD OR DRINK in the bedroom!
-Please REMOVE your shoes BEFORE ENTRY.
