5 Bedroom House in Le Luc
Completely renovated in 2014, this property of 400 square meters combines modern comfort and old charm. The interior has been renovated respecting local traditions, to give the house its Provençal character. The floor tiles and the entrance mirror are vintage (1850), tiles (and design) of the bathrooms and kitchen have been created by the artist-craftsman Alain Vagh (Salerno).
The lush landscaped garden (fenced on just over a hectare around the house) offers beautiful scenery and enchanting in all seasons.
With five double bedrooms, the house can easily accommodate 10-12 adults.
The rooms are spacious, with a very high ceiling.
Ground floor:
- A kitchen dining room of 40 square meters.
- A living room of 40 square meters.
- A utility room of 20 meters square.
- A spacious entrance + reception room.
First floor:
- Bedroom 1: 20-25 square meters. double super king size (2m-2m).
- Bedroom 2: 20-25 square meters. Double canopy bed (1m40).
- Rooms 1 and 2 share a bathroom with tub and double sink.
- Additional toilet on the 1st floor.
- Bedroom 3: suite of 30 square meters with air conditioning, king size bed (1.80m) + bathroom with double shower.
Second floor:
- Large living room + home cinema. 70 square meters of 3.5 meter high ceiling.
- Bedroom 4: mini-suite with air conditioning, double bed (1m40) + bathroom with toilet and bath.
Studio:
Located 8 meters from the house, the charming studio, open to the garden, consists of a bedroom and its bathroom with Italian shower and toilet. Soil and raw marble bathroom. extra-quiet ceiling fan.
We can add beds for children in rooms 1, 2, 3 and in the home cinema. Room 4 and the studio can accommodate baby umbrellas beds.
We transformed the gym into a barn overlooking the garden. The back wall is covered with mirror. One can arrange yoga classes and / or dance.
We also have cardio machines (rowing machine, elliptical, bike) weight.
Family: ping-pong and bowling.
The pool (17m / 4m) is mosaic, with its Balinese pavilion carved wood and its outdoor living room.
