Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: House jn very good condition, comfortable, well equipped, spacious, with lots of light. Sea front only a few minute walk. Quiet environment. Restaurants in walking distance. Driveway for two cars.
Negative: Nothing major to report, only minor things that could be improved, e.g. very blunt kitchen knives, no coffee filers, not too clear how to separate rubbish, check in a bit late (17:00) & check out a bit early (10:00). A second set of keys would have been practical as one cannot lock the house door from inside and leave the keys in the key safe, meaning our friends had to wait for us to come home at night. Communication with the host was effective but restricted to the strict minimum and a bit on the impersonal side (even in French). No issue during our stay so we didn’t need to contact them. It wouldn’t take much to make the stay even more enjoyable.
