Summary: I booked online with hotels.com. No option to choose adjoining rooms. The hotel was going to put my children on a different floor than self. The room we were offered was dirty. No maid service had come for the day. No towels. The sheets in 1 bed were stained. The only positive I can say of this hotel was the outside pool and access to the lake was very nice.
