- We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
-The beach condition changes everyday, weather and hurricanes tend to affect how wide the sand area is in our photos and sometimes the water reaches up to the deck.

Summary: We loved the unit views and balcony. Sadly, the jacuzzi jets did not work very well. Also, the amount of seaweed on the beach causes difficulty enjoying the beach in front of the property. The beach is more enjoyable closer to the pier.
