If you're looking for a comfortable, cozy and clean stay close to the major attractions in Kansas City, this is your place! This home was recently remodeled and done with traveler's needs and wants in mind. The house is just minutes away from tons of shopping, dinning and outdoor activities!
The basement has an amazing game room with air hockey. There's easy access to many coffee shops, restaurants and tourist attractions. Come and stay!
The Space:
The entire home is yours to enjoy! You will have a full kitchen, dining room, living room, 3 BR and 1.5 BA to enjoy.
BEDROOMS:
This amazing 3 bedroom house has 2 king size beds and 1 queen bed. We know how important it is to get a good night’s sleep while you’re away from home so we splurged to provide the most comfortable beds around and cozy pillows for each bed! Each bedroom has a clothing rack and hangers in case you want to unpack during your stay.Pack n Play is also available.
BASEMENT
The basement is equipped with a queen sleeper futon. An air mattress is also provided if you have an extra guest.
A air hockey machine is also located here to provide you and your group extra entertainment!
KITCHEN
You will find a fully stocked kitchen equipped for light cooking. Including a refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine along with creamers, sugars and coffee.
LIVING AREA
There is a smart TV in this house with Roku access. This will allow you to login to your Netflix, Hulu or Amazon Prime account upon check in, just don’t forget to logout before you leave! (There is no DVD player or cable TV at this house).
BATHROOM
Our bathrooms are fully stocked for your convenience. Shampoo, Conditioner and body wash will be found in a dispenser in the shower. We’ve provided plush bath towels, hand towels and washcloths.
LAUNDRY
If you find yourself needing to do a load of laundry, have no fear! We’ve provided an in unit washer and dryer in the bathroom along with laundry detergent.
OUTDOOR AREA
We have a fenced in backyard and a relaxing deck equipped with a grill.
For added security, this property is equipped with an OUTDOOR security camera system.
Guest Access:
This is a rental for the entire home. Guests will have access to the entire space, with your own coded entry.

Located in a very family oriented neighborhood. The home sits in a neat and quiet neighborhood of single family homes. Easy highway attractions and close to KC attractions.
Getting Around:
Uber/Lyft are accessible and cheap if you don't have a car. Easy access to all highways and attractions if your choose to bring one.We have ample parking off street(driveway) and on street free parking(in front of the home) as well.

HOUSE RULES:
No Smoking Inside, NO PARTIES. No Gatherings. Be kind to the neighbors. Do not block their parking spots/driveways. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $500 fine if these rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 7:00am.
LOCAL GUESTS - please send us a message before booking. We CANNOT/ WILL NOT HOST local guests who books for less than 7 days without prior authorization or pre-approval. We have the right to decline/refuse a reservation if appropriate prescreening process is not completed.
Interaction with Guests:
You are welcome to contact us with questions through the Airbnb app should anything come up during your stay— we are not far away.. but we do not interact directly with guests unless it’s necessary. We make sure you feel like you're in your home-away-from-home, free of intrusion.
