Positive: (No breakfast provided.) Location for multiple visits to Mayo Clinic Phoenix was helpful. Appreciated the kitchen amenities (microwave, refrigerator, stove, coffee maker, etc) Liked the extra space compared to hotel room. WI-FI was appreciated. Quiet facility. Appreciated free parking. Decent value for benefits received.
Negative: Returned from doctors appointment on third day and door code was inoperative. Sat outside in 105 degree heat for one half hour with no response from property manager by phone or email. Finally was able to reach Palacio properties who open door for us. Minor issues as follows: no broom, no measuring cups or spoons in kitchen, impossible to use faucet in bathroom without flooding top of vanity (very poor design), no instructions on how to use tv service in apartment. Very difficult to identify (locate) apartments since the only numbers are on the doors.
Summary: Basically enjoyed our stay there and would have been very satisfied without door lock code issue.
