Fuel, power and 1 starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Enclosed garden with lawn, patio, barbecue, furniture and a hot tub. 3 x lockable bike lockers. Only 0.7 miles from Tamar Trails Centre, hiking/cycling/walking guests all welcome. Highchair, travel cot and stairgate available on request. Two well-behaved dogs welcome, please enquire for more than 2 dogs. Off-road parking for 2 cars, access drive is via a moderate 16 degree slope requiring a sharp turn from the road - care needed on arrival/departure. Access to the enclosed garden is 9 stone steps, with a gate at the top to the decking then one step up to the lawn then a wooden gate and 3 steps down to the enclosed Hot Tub. Please take care on external steps in inclement weather. Shop and pub 0.4 miles.
