Reel Paradise is located at the end of a quiet street and the home sits on the Little Manatee River and has direct access to Tampa Bay. The water is brackish, so it is a mix of fresh and saltwater, so it’s the perfect place to enjoy a swim or kayak adventure because there are no alligators just tons of fish, dolphin and manatees!
Wake up, pack your cooler, step foot on your boat or kayak and enjoy fishing Tampa Bay, Cockroach Bay Preserve, Beer Can Island, Egmont Key and many more. This area is well known to local anglers as Tampa Bay’s premier fishing spot.
You may choose to bring along your boat, kayak or paddle board. We have two adult kayaks, paddles and live jackets on property for guest use. ***owners accept no responsibility for use of kayaks and guests use at their own risk**** Guest will be responsible for loss or damage of kayaks.
Boat docking is available on property using mooring whips provided by owners. Trailer parking is available on the street.
Launch your boat at Common Good Park Boat Ramp, which is just a mile from Reel Paradise.
After a fun day on the water, enjoy grilling your catch of the day and relaxing by the fire pit or private hot tub all located on the waterfront property. Owners provide propane for gas grill and grilling utensils.
Guests are responsible for purchasing their own wood for fire pit and charcoal for charcoal grill.
Little Harbor Beach Resort and Bahia Beach is located a mile from Reel Paradise where you may enjoy two top notch bars and restaurants while enjoying the best sunset spot in Tampa Bay. Enjoy the public beach there as well.
You may also enjoy a trip to the Manatee Viewing Center located just a few miles away in Apollo Beach. It is a FREE local attraction where you and view hundreds of manatees, butterfly gardens, pet Sting Rays and shop!
Reel Paradise is also close to St. Petersburg and Sarasota Beaches, Ybor City, Spring Training Facilities for the Pirates and Yankees, The Florida Aquarium, Lowery Park Zoo, Ellington Outlet Mall and Busch Gardens.

We welcome dogs (upon owner approval)
If you bring a dog without owners approval, you will be asked to leave and charged the $150.00 pet fee.
Owners MUST approve of dogs prior to booking reservation.
We require a photo of your fur baby to verify breed. Due to insurance coverage, there are breeds that we are unable to allow.
Owner will send the non-refundable pet fee request of $150.00 through the Resolution Center.
Dogs must be on a leash at all times, with the exception of the side doggie fenced in enclosure.
You must agree to keep your dog leashes during your stay or we are unable to accept your reservation.
We have a two dog limit.
We require an additional $150.00 pet fee per dog (up to $300.00 per stay) which the guest will pay through the resolution center.
We love our neighbors, so we will request that of your dogs bark when you leave that you close access to the doggie door or crate your dog. Thank you for helping us maintain a good relationship with our neighbors!
