Tandem House is a 4 bedroom property just 7 miles (10 minutes) from Goodwood Motor Circuit which makes it an ideal choice for guests visiting West Sussex for The Festival of Speed and Goodwood Revival. There is private parking for up to 6 cars, inside and outside dining and sleek modern spaces to relax.
Guests enter through the front door into a bright hallway which leads to a large kitchen with bar stools, soft seating and TV. The formal dining room leads directly off the kitchen and French doors lead outside to the outside seating, BBQ area and garden.
Also on the ground foor is a living room, pool room, utility and ground floor WC. Please be aware when looking at the floorplan that the study is not available for guest use and the car port is now the games room.
Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms: the master bedroom has a king size bed and ensuite shower room, bedroom 2 has a double bed with en suite shower room and a sofa bed. Bedroom 3 has a double bed and sofa bed and bedroom 4 is a small double. Bedrooms 3 and 4 share the family bathroom with bath and shower.
We do not accept pets. Functions are not allowed: this property is for use of residents only.
The nearest train station is Barnham which is just 5 minutes away. If you have time for a visit to the beach our nearest is Climping which is about 10 minutes away - perfect for an early morning dip before the days' racing!
