Indulge in the comfort and tranquility of this vintage mixed with contemporary family home. 4 smart TV’s in the home to access and stream your personal content through Roku, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc. Fire up the BBQ Grill, gather around the patio heater for cocktails & conversations or just to relax. Plenty of space for 10 people. 1 block of Graceland, 5 minutes from Memphis International Airport & 15 minutes away from Downtown, Beale St. FedEx Forum & local attractions! less than 15 minutes from anywhere in the city. We Have Enhanced Cleaning and following The CDC recommended Cleaning Guidelines throughout the house.

NO PARTIES ALLOWED!! NO PARTIES ALLOWED!! NO PARTIES ALLOWED!! THE NEIGHBORS WILL CALL ME AND THEY WILL CALL THE POLICE ON YOU. Quiet family type get togethers are allowed but no more than 12 people are allowed at the property at any time. If you do not tell me about your get together and I hear about it from my neighbors you will be charged an extra $200 extra cleaning fee. They will call me no matter what time it is.
CURFEW FOR LOUD NOISE OUTSIDE IS 11 PM EVERY NIGHT
NO SMOKING inside of the home. A $100 per day smokers fee will be charged without warning if cleaners arrive and find that a guest had been smoking inside. Please just don't smoke inside.
Early check-in/ out (depending on availability) is $25 for up to 2 hours; a $25 fee for scheduled late checkout or early arrival will be added to your final bill once we’ve coordinated convenient timing. Unapproved Late check out fee of $50 will be added if cleaners arrive and you have not checked out. Air mattress is also available upon request (at no additional fee)
Also, Please list the appropriate amount of guests staying during your visit. Prior to your arrival our cleaning crew prepares the home exactly for the number of people that you’ve requested in your booking to stay.
ABSOLUTELY NO PARKING OR DRIVING ONTHE GRASS. THERE IS A $100 FEE FOR PARKING ON THE GRASS! There is no street parking. Guests must park in the driveway. The carport fits 2 vehicles, 6-8 more vehicles can park in the driveway.
NOOOOO Parties THERE WILL BE A $300 fee if you violate this policy. This is a home not a hotel. Only booked guests are allowed at the property unless prior arrangements are made.
Absolutely NO water balloons, balloons, glitter or confetti are allowed on the property .An extra $100 cleaning fee will be charged if you use them.
