This home is perfect for you if you’re looking for a central apartment in St Louis City. We’re 10 mins away from Saint Louis University, The Arch, Downtown St. Louis and 2 major highways. We are 2 mins away from Tower Grove Park and South Grand, known to have the most diverse group of restaurants in all of St. Louis.
Outside the city limits, we’re only 15minutes from Forest Park, Washington University in St. Louis, the loop, the Zoo as well as the History and Art Museums.

Street parking is available. We are not close to the train station. There are some buses available but I would recommend getting around by car, it's more efficient.
Other Things to Note:
This apartment is on the first floor, however, because the home is elevated, there are 2 sets of mini-stairs you will need to climb to get to the door.
Some noise from movement in the upstairs unit is to be expected.
Our HOA requires that local St. Louis guests CANNOT instant book - you must reach out to us first for approval prior to booking or your reservation will be immediately cancelled with possible penalties for violation of our house rules.
