Treat yourself to a romantic stay, or take a break from your busy life to unwind. This one of a kind, park-like property has its own 100 stairs to a secluded beach for a unique experience you’ll never forget. 4 bedrooms that sleep 10 ($40 nightly charge for extra guests over 6), full kitchen, 3 bathrooms, real wood burning fireplaces, and living area.
Enjoy our Oceanfront Beach House with Attached Guest Suite sleeps up to 10 guests comfortably and your own private and secluded 2 acre nature preserve that’s not on the highway like 90% of oceanfront vacation rentals with useable steep grade properties. Ours is a rare almost flat useable estate.
The perfect spot for a peaceful family reunion, business meeting, golf trip or simply to reflect and get away from the stress of city life.
City noise bylaws require all guests bring their get together indoors by 9-10pm, no later. This is not a party pad. Anyone ignoring that simple request will be evicted immediately with no refund.
Enjoy the rustic fully renovated post and beam home with modern great room design, updated country kitchen with granite counters and new stainless appliances, very comfy high end beds and sheets, multiple TV's and nicely chosen furnishings rarely found in budget minded sunshine coast rentals.
Amazing unobstructed ocean views from three different decks with covered outdoor dining area / table, hot tub, gas grill and fire pit (guests fill propane as needed) and large private fenced yard on the ocean, nowhere near the busy sunshine coast highway like nearly all other rentals.
SIMPLY COMMONSENSE PLEASE-Just a little reality check that are rentals on the Sunshine Coast that area $3,000 / night. This is the most economical oceanfront accommodation for larger groups. If your not a happy or unrealistic person or coming out to have an unauthorized party please stay elsewhere. We have spent over $200,000 renovating this beautiful home but it still has all the charming features of a 50 year old cottage.
STAIRS TO BEACH- For our fit guests use the private 9 flights of custom stairs to the rocky beach below. For us regular folk use the walk out access to the ocean a short half a mile away at sergeants bay or up the road at coopers green.
This private home is located in a neighborhood that has the sunshine coast's best parks, walking paths and "Welcome Woods" convenience and liquor store (1/2 a mile away). Golfing in nearby Sechelt or Roberts Creek and boat rentals at nearby Secret Cove. With great quant restaurants in nearby Sechelt.

The cottage has a new country kitchen, stainless steel appliances, updated windows and bathrooms with very costly wide plank wood flooring and a wood burning fireplace.

There is no "allowable" times during the day or night. If the party, gathering or event is considered a threat to the peace, health, safety and general welfare of the public, anytime during the night or day, the responsible party will be assessed a fee of up to $1000.00.

Minutes from some of the nicest nature walks in all of British Columbia, maybe the world. Also minutes to Sergeant's Bay bird sanctuary for incredible bird watching. Catch the occasional seal in the harbor and watch the eagles catch Salmon from the deck.. WOW! Conveniently located minutes away from 2 government liquor stores with attached deli's and general grocery stores. There is plenty of room to bring your boat or RV we are super close to Cooper's Green to launch your boat or various lakes nearby.
Our house rules: primary renter must be 30 or older, no smoking, no parties or events, no pets. Keep outdoor noise to a respectful level and bring the party inside before 9:00 pm. Any noise violations are $1000 fine and an immediate non refundable eviction.

IS YOUR HOMES PERFECT?
Absolutely not, it is a high traffic vacation rental that is always sold out as it provides the least expensive accomidation costs available. If you are looking for perfection or there to do a free building inspection instead of vacation we would recommend you spend the extra and get a luxury resort hotel in the area. They only have to clean your 200' hotel room and all guests share the same public amenities.
WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT?
Check in is after 4PM local time, and check out is no later than 10AM. Early check in (10 AM) and late check out (6 PM) may be available for your reservation. We offer a special discounted rate to help with travel plans if available. Please inquire if interested.
WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?
All of our properties have keyless locks. This keyless system allows entry into the vacation rental through the issue of a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier.
DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE?
We provide a departure clean on all stays. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.

Guests will have access to the entire home. When you book your stay please let us know upfront how many guests are expected? The nightly booking fee includes up to 6 guests. That means if you have friends, coworkers, or anyone else that is coming into the house, they are considered a guest. As an effort to keep our rate low, we price the base of the home low, and charge more for extra people. This is done specifically to keep our rates low. Please let us know. There is a $40/night fee for each additional guest (after 6 guests), for any guest over the age of 2.
