La Mediterranea Villa Apartments is the ideal place for a family holiday, where you can feel at home. With a lovely sharing pool area, that our guests can enjoy & make memories to treasure.
Since we are located in the northern part of the island, you are never far away from the lovely beaches this part of the island has to offer, or, the scenic treks found especially in the North. Some of the best restaurants & beaches are found in this part of this island. Mellieha is beautiful in summer, but also lovely throughout the other seasons.
Located in the elite neighbourhood of Santa Maria Estate, the property offers peaceful surroundings.
It is not only ideal for summer holidays, but also, if one would like to get away from it all, and just enjoy a few relaxing days, trekking, or dining in the wonderful restaurants Mellieha has to offer, sightseeing or scuba diving, this is the place for you.
The Garden Flat is a 2 bedroom, one bath apartment.
Offering an open plan layout, with a kitchen, living and dining area. Two bedrooms, main bedroom with a king sized bed, spare bedroom with 3 single beds, & one bathroom, having a walk in shower.
Both bedrooms are equipped with air con units (these are at an extra charge, via a coin meter, therefore pay as you use), ceiling fans in each bedroom & living area.
The kitchen is equipped with crockery, utensils, glassware, bakeware, microwave, gas hob, & electric oven. Electric kettle & fridge/ freezer.
This apartment has a lovely outdoor dining area, overlooking our citrus garden.
Our guests can help themselves to the various herbs, lemons & citrus fruit we have growing in our garden.
The large pool deck area, offers views of Santa Maria Estate & Mellieha Heights. This is the perfect location to unwind, enjoy a glass of wine or read a book, while enjoying the sunset, or building on your tan during your holiday.
The main swimming pool is 10mtrs long x 4 meters wide, it is a good size to do a few laps, or just chill on some of the pool floats we offer at the villa.
The kiddies pool is very popular with our young guests, splashing & having fun for hours in the water.
There are 8 sun loungers, 6 dining chairs & 2 large umbrellas on the pool deck, as well as a 3 Burner Stainless Steel Gas BBQ, for our guests to enjoy.
One will also find a shower (with water heater) & a separate toilet & wash hand basin on the pool deck.
There is a sharing laundry room for the use of our guests on the premises.
We provide

1 organic Bag per 1 week booking ( we provide more in case of bookings that are longer than 1 week)

We love our planet & we would like our guests in helping us be as environmentally friendly as possible. We highly recommend not to leave lights or air con units on if one is not in the apartment.

Since the villa is located on Santa Maria Estate and at the bottom of a steep hill, we would recommend that our guests rent a car, especially if travelling with young children, or, adults with mobility problems.
The villa apartment its located 15 minutes walk away to the nearest bus stop & main street. Along this street you will find a large supermarket, bistro / cafeteria, bakery, green grocer, frozen food store, pharmacy, stationery, clothes shop, pubs & restaurants .
