Summary: The apartment is located in a walkout basement on a street that is perfectly located between Principe Real and Ave of Liberdade. There is a lovely pocket park close by. The apartment has a coffee machine, dishwasher & washing machine to use. There is only one heavily scratched teflon frying pan. If you are sensitive to bad smells, you may not like this apartment. The garbage can for c the whole building complex is stored directly in front of the apartment and the smell of garbage is often in the vestibule and front living room. The bathroom often smells like mildew. The longer in the washing machine has black mold in it. Other than those concerns, we were pleased with the comfort of the bed and with the nice shower. The is a wonderful cafe next door and a great coffee shop on the corner. The owner/manager is very responsive to most requests. The location can't be beat.
