* 🐕Pets are prohibited from the pool and pool area, with no exceptions. The security deposit will be forfeited if not in compliance with this requirement.
* 📸Security cameras are outside the building, on each corner on the second floor; there are also cameras on some corners on the first floor of the building.
* ⏳Check-out is at 11:00 am, any unauthorised late check-out will be charged $100/hr. All late check-outs must be approved by the host before check-out time.
* 🙅No more guests/visitors than what was booked for, any extra guests/visitors need prior written approval, and extra fees may apply. The security deposit will be forfeited if not in compliance with this requirement.
