Your rental has ample room for up to 10 people with 1900 square feet of living space. It is a split level 4 bedroom home including 3 beds, 1 office and 2 bathrooms.
GARAGE -- Free Parking

‣ More cars can be parked in the driveway
‣ The 3rd small stall is rented to our next door neighbor for his trailer/vehicle
‣ He may need to access the garage to pull it out if he needs it during your stay
‣ He will not go into the house at all, but has his a private garage code
‣ Please let us know if this will be an issue for you and our neighbor would be
happy to move it for you before you arrive if you wish to use the third stall for
your vehicle

GARBAGE DAY — Thursday Mornings
If you stay over on a Wednesday night through Thursday at all, you will be asked to put the garbage bins out at the end of the driveway. If you will be away (ie: at Mayo appointments and cannot) please arrange with us to come and do it.
