Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Good location for quiet stay. Not much to do in the area besides boating or fishing, although the small beach is walkable.
Negative: Lack of usable counter space. Small counter could have been widened 12 to 18 inches so you can use it to prepare meals. Narrow cabinet above for dishes and glassware. You need to be around 6 feet tall to reach the glasses, and I am not. The stand over the toilet, to place toiletries on, is extremely wobbly and unsteady.
Summary: Good location; unit could have been better.
