Positive: Clean, stylish rooms. Great location near the center of it all. Short walk to Moxy was appreciated.
Negative: “Invisible service” was dystopian and alienating, and not at all what I was expecting. This sort of thing needs to be made clearer upfront, as I would have never knowingly selected in such an impersonal hotel. Get ready for a texted key code to enter the building, no front desk, and an AI chat bot to answer your texted questions. The unstaffed floor was eerie and felt very 2025 in all the wrong ways, which would be understandable in somewhere like Las Vegas, I guess, but felt especially odd juxtaposed with a historic town like Portsmouth.
Summary: Nice facilities, but overall an odd place to stay
