They are conveniently located within walking distance of all downtown attractions, nestled in a perfect little corner, right behind the historic Melba theater and right across from Maxfield park.

Additional dining room table with 6/4 chairs.
MASTER BEDROOM- King size bed, chair, 2 bedside table, 2 lamps, smart TV, walk-in closet with hangers and drawers, en-suite master bath with custom walk in shower.
2ND BEDROOM- 2 Queen bunk beds, desk, lamp, and bed side table.
2ND BATHROOM- Full bath with tub/shower unit.
LAUNDRY ROOM- Equipped with washer, dryer, iron, ironing board, and hangers.
PATIO- Each unit has it own back patio seating area with a table and two chairs.
