Other Things to Note:
The house is on a septic system, so please do not flush any tampons, disposable wipes, paper towels, condoms, or anything else that is not bodily waste and toilet paper. Not ever flushable items.
The lake is stocked with fish. Large worms work the best. They can be purchased at the Fast lane convenient store or Rurral King in town. We ask that you avoid swimming in the lake, the water is dark, and it is difficult to see in the case of an emergency.
At the base of the property, we have a Flowing Creek. During large rains the creek will flood. Our property goes from the road and extends North approximately 200 yards.
Our insurance carrier will not allow the use of the fireplace. Sorry.
The stove is supplied by low pressure propane. Please do not leave on for extended periods of time. Only to use it while you were cooking.
The icemaker is available for your convenience, and will produce plenty of ice, and can be loud and spook someone if they have not heard it for the first time when the ice drops.
Please haul all trash bags to the front of the property or the large dumpster sits. If you are unable to do so, please set the trash, in bags only, in the game room near the garage doors. DONOT leave the trash outside, as it will get torn threw by raccoons.
Game Room & Pool Table are available during your stay, but absolutely no unsupervised kids may use the pool table.
Please set the thermostat to your desired temperature, but don’t over stress the system. The house will heat up if you leave the doors open including the lower-level door. Only drop 2 degrees from the current temperature till you reach your desired comfort level.
The bunk room is equipped with its own window AC unit.
No ATV's or Hunting is allowed.
