There is a park close by and we are perfectly situated between great restaurants, coffee shops, a fine arts center & a trail system. We are 7 mi from LU and < 4 mi from U of L. If you are a member of the YMCA, there is one just 2 mi away.

- Built in 1914 for the Dunnington family on a 1/2 acre lot on Rivermont Avenue
- Previously occupied by the same couple and their family for over 30 years and now owned by us.

There are three of us here in the home that can answer your questions. Our mother is also available. She lives about a block away.

There is a bus stop in front of our house. The train station is less than 5 miles away. There is a public park within walking distance. We are about 1.5 miles from downtown Lynchburg where there is always something to do
