Welcome to The Fort Hood Inn D. The Fort Hood Inn D is a cozy 2 bedroom/1.5 bathroom two floor unit with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The unit is one out of four units located in the quadplex we manage. It's located in a cup-de-sac of other quadplexes off of Fort Hood Street located minutes from Fort Hood and main highways. This fully furnished unit includes a king sized bed in the master, queen bed in the other bedroom, flat-screen Smart TVs in all bedrooms, full-sized appliances including in-unit laundry, basic cookware and utensils, and dishware for 4. High-Speed Internet is included.
The Space:
This cozy, two-story unit features a fully stocked kitchen and a laundry room behind a set of curtains across from the downstairs half bathroom. The kitchen includes full-sized appliances. You will find two bedrooms, the master bedroom has a king-sized bed and the other bedroom has a queen-sized bed. The bathroom upstairs include a tub/shower combo along with body wash, shampoo and conditioner, makeup remover wipes, and fresh linens.
Guest Access:
Guests have complete and exclusive access to unit D with the exception of one locked closet in the master bedroom. Guest will access the unit using a Yale smart lock that is located on the front door. There you will enter your access code to enter the property. This property is also Pet Friendly but currently does not have a fenced in back yard. In front of the quadplex guest will find a parking spaces to park their vehicles. If the parking area is full guest may also park in front of the building along the road. Please do not park on the grass or in front of the mailboxes.
The Neighborhood:
The Fort Hood Inn D is located on a quiet street of other quadplexes off of the main road of Fort Hood street.There is a shopping center and many restaurants located close by. This neighborhood is a family friendly area with many people with young children so we do not allow any parties and ask that the noise level is kept to a minimum after 9:00 pm.
Getting Around:
A personal vehicle is preferred though the availability of Lyft and Uber is always increasing. This home is located in the perfect place making it easy to travel around by car.

In order to continue to offer the earliest possible Check-Ins and latest possible Check Outs, we ask all guests to give our cleaners a head start by completing the following tasks upon departure:
1. Make sure all garbage is in a bin or wastebasket.
2. Place all used towels in the washing machine and start the load
3. Load and start dishwasher or hand-wash used dishes with available supplies.
These simple tasks significantly help our staff and we appreciate your cooperation.

Check-In is self-guided and you will let yourself in with a unique door code.

Check-ins later than 9 PM should be coordinated with the host prior to arrival. This helps to ensure staff availability in the event of an issue. Failure to coordinate with the host for arrival later than 9 pm may result in assistance not being available until the following morning. No refunds for failure to coordinate a late check-in.
