Simply put, the best Luxurious place in Overland Park to take a Retreat with your loved ones. This custom-built home sits on 2-acres offering beautiful Scenery while only being minutes away from all the amenities of the city. Our Modern contemporary décor will make you feel right at Home. Gather with your Family and Friends inside to take in the backyard view and sit back relax and put on the tv; Go outside and enjoy looking at our goats, chickens and Smiley the dog.
The Space
This Deluxe getaway home offers Keyless self-check-in and is perfectly decked with a mixture of carpet and hardwood floors, a completely equipped kitchen, lavish living room with abundant windows overlooking the most peaceful backyard you will ever see. On the main floor you will find a extravagant master bedroom with a King Bed and a Jacuzzi. As you walk up our grand stairs, you will find our second Master bedroom equipped with another King Bed. This floor has two additional rooms, one is setup with a Queen bed and the other with two twin beds (We can also provide two additional roll-out beds upon request). This gorgeous house has all the Essentials needed for your Relaxing stay. We also have a dedicated office if you need some work space and cardio machines along with a massaging chair to help you unwind. Outside you will find a pond at the front of the house and the Blue River flowing throughout the South and East side of the property. You can also see our newest addition, the Animal Barn, which is home to a number of goats, a dog for security, and over 20 different breeds of chicken. Please be aware that Smiley the dog is free to roam inside the fenced area, so make sure that children are accompanied with adults at all times inside that fenced area.
Whether you like to explore outdoors or you would like to stay in, the “Getaway” will offer everyone something great. We welcome you and your family to come stay in our home and build long-lasting memories.
Other Important things to note
Please be Aware that there are farm animals (goats, chickens, and a dog) on the property, so expect someone to visit twice daily to take care of their essentials. In the morning, we let the goats and dog out in the fenced area, and in the evening, we return to put them back in the barn and take care of their needs. Young children should not be allowed to enter the gated area alone as the dog is free to roam there.
We Do Not Accept Big Gatherings or Parties due to VRBO rules and city regulations. Please check with us beforehand to verify if your requirements fall within our parameters; if approved, any such requests will incur extra charges.
We as hosts are searching for more measures to protect our guests. We protect you and your loved ones with the EnviroShield Electrostatic Disinfection System after each guest leaves.
